Yes, absolutely free. We make our money from selling the product. If you want to subsidize the products we do offer that option as well.

How often do you restock the machines?

Machines are stocked as often as needed- we stock some locations weekly and others every other day or even daily. Our top priority is keeping your team happy and satisfied and customer service is our pride.

Do I need special outlets for the vending machines?

Vending machines run on standard three-pronged outlets. You do not need special outlets for vending machines. However, for coffee machines consider the location as those require a water line coming in. Our professional vending team will help you with all these decisions before your install date.

What happens if a machine breaks?

We come out and fix it so you’re back up vending as soon as possible. If the machine can’t be fixed on-site we replace it with a new machine. As a full-service vending provider, it’s our job to make sure your vending machines are “in-order” and ready-to-vend!
