We use Bottoms Up at three of our manufacturing locations. They are absolutely amazing!! They offer a wide variety of options and will tailor it to your needs. Even when I explained some issues we’ve had in the past with employees not taking care of things they had solutions so we could offer the vending machines at each location. Extremely responsive when there is an issue or a jam. They also monitor what is being sold more of to change the stock to ensure we are never out. They have never missed a delivery and have gone above and beyond. They are absolutely extraordinary!!! Highly recommend!!

Is the vending service really free for our business?
For qualifying workplaces — typically 50+ employees or steady daily foot traffic for vending, 100+ for micro markets — yes. We supply the equipment, install, and service it at no cost. Your team pays for what they buy from the machine or market; you don’t write a check.
How fast can you install?
It depends on the site and the equipment. Standard vending installs usually move quickly once the walkthrough is done. Larger micro market builds take a bit longer because we’re laying out shelving, coolers, and a self-checkout kiosk. We’ll give you a real timeline after the walkthrough.
What size workplace do you serve?
We start at around 50 employees or steady daily foot traffic for vending. Micro markets fit best at 100+ on-site daily. Smaller sites are sometimes a fit too — tell us about yours and we’ll be straight about whether it works.
Do you handle removing our current vending company’s machines?
Yes. We coordinate the swap so your break room is never empty — the new program goes in as the old equipment comes out. We’ve handled hundreds of provider switches.
What products do you stock?
We tune the mix to your team. Traditional favorites everyone recognizes alongside healthier options when wanted, with allergy-aware tagging when it’s useful. If your team has specific requests we can build around them.

Where do you operate?
Chicago and the surrounding metro is our densest footprint. We also run routes across downstate Illinois (through Springfield), southeast Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Madison, Kenosha, Racine), and across Indiana (Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, and the Indy suburbs). If you’re outside those corridors, ask — we can usually tell you in one call.
