Two zones, one operator

Dealerships have two very different break-room jobs to solve

The service-bay side runs on early starts, late finishes, grease, and quick refuels. The customer-lounge side is the first thing a buyer sees while their car is being worked on. We design programs for each zone separately and run both off one route.

Behind the Bay

Service techs, parts, body shop, detail

The team that opens at 6am and closes at 8pm needs snacks, cold drinks, and quick meals on their own schedule — not a 30-minute drive to grab something. Rugged glass-front machines hold up to the environment and stay stocked through every shift.

  • Round-the-clock access — opens before service writers do
  • Rugged glass-front machines designed for working environments
  • Cashless payment — tap card, phone, or watch
  • Snack, beverage, and frozen options on one route
  • Restock visits scheduled around your bay traffic

Customer Lounge

Sales floor waiting, service customer lounge, kid corners

Service customers wait an average of two hours. Sales customers wait between test drive and paperwork. What’s in the lounge — and how it looks — is part of the dealership’s brand. We build a coffee-and-snack experience that fits.

  • Family-friendly snack and beverage mix
  • Bean-to-cup coffee station with real cups, not paper
  • Self-checkout micro market kiosk for premium lounges
  • Works for dealer-comped (free for customers) or pay-per-item
  • Refreshed seasonally so regulars see something new

How a dealership rollout works

From first walkthrough to a fully running program

We’ve installed hundreds of programs across single-rooftop dealers and multi-store groups. The rollout is the same shape every time — we just adjust for your zones, shifts, and brand.

01

Walkthrough

We tour every zone — service bays, parts, body shop, customer lounge, BDC, sales floor — and map who needs what.

02

Zone-by-zone plan

You get a written plan — vending where it fits, micro market where it fits, coffee where it fits — with placement and product mix per zone.

03

Install & setup

We deliver, place, and set up every machine and counter. Cashless payment, kiosk software, and signage are live before we leave.

04

Restock & refine

Routes restock on a regular schedule. We watch what sells and tune the mix — the program your team uses today won’t be identical six months from now.

Who we work with

Every shape of automotive operation

Single-store franchises to multi-rooftop dealer groups to independent garages. Service-side or customer-side. We’ve placed programs in all of them.

Luxury franchise dealers

Mass-market franchise dealers

Customer lounges that get heavy daily traffic from service appointments

Heavy-duty truck dealers

Service teams that run long shifts and need full-meal options on-site

Multi-rooftop dealer groups

One operator, one invoice, consistent program across every store

Independent repair garages

Smaller footprint, vending-only programs sized to crew count

Collision & body shops

Spray-booth crews, write-up desks, and customer drop-off areas

Quick-lube & oil change

Fast-turn waiting areas with quick snack and beverage options

Tire & wheel shops

Customer waiting and shop-floor crews on the same program
Vending or micro market?

Which fits your dealership — and where

Most dealerships end up with a mix. Vending machines anchor the service-side break corners. A micro market fits the customer lounge or the larger admin/BDC floors. We help you decide what goes where on the walkthrough.

When vending fits

Smaller footprint, working environments

Glass-front snack and beverage machines drop into the corner of a service bay break room or independent garage without taking up real estate. Reliable, low-maintenance, easy to use across every shift.

  • Single-rooftop dealers or independent garages
  • Service-bay break corners, parts counters, body shops
  • Customer lounges in mass-market dealers
  • Teams under 100 with seasonal traffic swings
  • Anywhere a counter and kiosk would feel like overkill
When a micro market fits

Premium lounges, large admin floors, closed staff areas

An open-shelf micro market with a self-checkout kiosk feels closer to a small café than a vending machine. Better fit for luxury customer lounges and for staff break rooms with 100+ people in a building all day. Closed-population sites only — staff or service-customer areas, not open public lobbies.

  • Multi-rooftop dealer groups with shared admin centers
  • Luxury franchise customer lounges
  • BDC and call-center floors with 100+ seats
  • Open-shelf snacks, fresh-food cooler, real-cup coffee in one space
  • Self-checkout kiosk — staff or customer pays with tap card or phone

Frequently asked

Dealership vending & micro market — questions we hear most

Vending machines or a micro market — what’s right for our dealership?

Most dealerships end up with both. Vending fits the service-bay break corner and works in any size dealership. A micro market with a self-checkout kiosk fits a premium customer lounge or a large admin/BDC floor with 100+ people in one building. We walk both zones with you on the first visit and recommend per zone.

Can we offer free snacks and drinks to customers, or do they pay?

Both work. Some dealerships comp the lounge fully — the dealership pays the bill, the customer takes what they want, the experience is part of the brand. Others let customers pay with tap card or phone. Some run a hybrid (coffee free, snacks paid). We set up whichever model fits, and you can switch later.

How do you handle service-bay placement — grease, dust, traffic?

Service-bay break corners are everyday workplaces for us — manufacturing plants, body shops, warehouses. We use rugged glass-front machines that handle the environment, place them where they won’t block bay traffic, and schedule restock visits when the floor is quieter.

What about a multi-rooftop dealer group — can you cover every store?

Yes. Multi-rooftop groups are a strength for us — one operator, one invoice across every store, and a consistent program so the lounge in store #1 doesn’t look different from store #4. We can stagger rollout if you want to test a single rooftop first.

How often do you restock?

Most dealerships are on a weekly schedule, with high-volume customer lounges or large service centers visiting twice a week. We adjust the schedule per zone — if the customer lounge moves fast and the service-bay machine moves slower, they get different visits.

Do you service independent repair garages and quick-lube shops?

Yes — independent garages, body shops, quick-lube, tire shops, and detail shops are all on our route. The program is smaller (usually one or two vending machines, no full micro market), but the support is the same.

Do we pay for the equipment or the install?

No. Machines, kiosks, coffee equipment, signage, and install are all included for qualifying sites. Vending is free at 50+ employees or comparable traffic. Micro markets are free at 100+ in a closed-population setting (staff or service-customer access only, not open public).

Are we locked into a contract?

No long-term contract required. The program runs month-to-month — if it isn’t working, you tell us and we adjust or remove. Most dealerships stay for years because the program runs in the background.

What if a machine breaks down or runs empty?

You call or message us and we come out. Routes are local — Posen IL, Springfield IL, Kenosha WI — so response is fast. Restock gaps are rare because we watch sales data and adjust visit frequency before a machine empties.
