For qualifying campuses — 50+ adult staff for a vending program, 100+ for a self-checkout micro market — the program is provided at no cost to the school. We install the equipment, restock it on a regular route from our Posen IL hub, and service it under a revenue-share arrangement. No upfront equipment cost, no recurring cost to your school.

Smaller buildings can sometimes still qualify if they’re paired with a district central office or with neighboring buildings in the same district. Easiest is to share a few details on the form.

The program we lead with is faculty- and staff-focused — teacher lounges, admin break rooms, district central offices, athletic faculty, and higher-ed staff zones. The break room is where decisions happen and where the program runs smoothly.

Student-facing vending is a separate conversation we’re glad to have for the right campus — usually large high schools or higher-ed buildings — and only when the product mix fits your district’s wellness policy. We don’t push student-facing programs into buildings where they’re not a fit.

Faculty break-room programs aren’t subject to the same product rules as student-facing vending. For student-facing programs, we tune the mix to your district’s wellness policy and to the federal Smart Snacks guidance where it applies — and we confirm the specifics on the site walk-through. We don’t promise blanket compliance, because every district interprets and audits these rules differently. We do our best, and we keep adjusting.

High schools tend to hit four things at once: enough adult staff to make a break-room program economical, multi-year account stability that doesn’t churn each semester, indoor-only equipment placement (which fits the way we run), and enough product-mix latitude in the faculty lounge to actually tune the program to the team. Middle and elementary schools work too — often paired with a district central office to make the route economics work.

Yes — multi-building districts are some of our cleanest accounts. One conversation with the district business manager or facilities director, one walk-through covering the relevant buildings, one program. Restock cadence and equipment placement get tuned per building, but the agreement and route is district-level.

No. Summer is lower-traffic for faculty programs but not zero — administrators, athletic staff, facilities and maintenance teams, and summer programming staff keep the break rooms in use. We adjust restock cadence to match the lighter summer pattern, then ramp back up in August.

Yes. Public, private, parochial, charter, and magnet schools all fit the program if the adult staff size and break-room footprint work. Private schools often have faster procurement than public districts — same program, simpler signoff path.
